As we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the SBM Life Science 180-Day Money Back Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact a Consumer Affairs representative at 1-877-229-3724. You may also communicate with us via email at consumeraffairs@BioAdvanced.com, US mail, and Chat. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, and how it was applied. Proof of purchase is required. The Consumer Affairs representative will advise you of your case number and where to mail or email your proof-of-purchase along with your case number. You may also be required to return the product or remaining, unused portion upon request. The approval of your Guarantee request is subject to the consumer affairs specialist receiving all required information.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 180 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
SBM Life Science reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the SBM Life Science Money Back Guarantee.
